Find a Focusing Professional - Tobias von Schulthess

Focusing opens the door to the moving essence in us. Since 1990 I am working in the field of human resources, conflicts and developing organisations. In 2004 I discovered Focusing. This was a the beginning of many unexpected, joyful and powerful processes for me and my clients. I discovered how felt sense-based relations have the capacity to initiate real changes towards more energy and confidence. Personally I discovered how I can enrich my work as a mediator, coach and trainer with my passion for playback-theatre and dance. Since then I know, that we can trust what is in resonance with our body. There lives the felt sense which is like a good friend who we always may ask for an advice and support. My trainings want to show how to knock on the door of that wise friend, who lives in all of us and on which we can build.
