I've been studying and pracicing Focusing and Gendlin's Philosophy of the Implicit since 2012.
Since 2020 I deepened my understanding and practice of Focusing with the help of Biodynamics, and at the same time re-understood Biodynamics through Gendlin's philosophy.
Now I'm teachig and helping people using the three of them together.
