With more than 30 years of working experience, my passion is still to discover talent unknown, create impact, driving ideas to create business results. I earn a proven track record in supporting organizations to successfully transform their business, strategically aligned and focused on value. As Director of Human Resources and Strategy Expert in national and international contexts, I have worked with clients from very diverse industries, utilizing my organizational knowledge and expertise in change processes. As Managing Director and Member of the Executive Board of a financial services company, my entrepreneurial competencies were proven. I led highly diversified teams and worked in Switzerland, the UK and throughout Europe as well as in the US and Asia. As a Partner, I directed the leadership consulting services at Witena Leadership Advisory across all industries and complementary offers executive search at board and top management level focusing on the financial services and public sectors. As a certify Focusuing Professinal SFEM/TIFI I led my own company "Career Factory" to enhance focusing-oriented Coaching and Leadership within the busniess. I hold a Master’s degree in History and in Economics and Law.
