I've been focusing for four years and have received the BFA certification as a Focusing Practitioner. I offer one to one focusing sessions in Wales and online.
I am currently training as a Focusing Oriented Therapist, as well as training as a Focusing Teacher with groups.
I am a Person Centred therapist combining Compassion Focused Therapy and Trauma Focused Therapy alongside Hakomi and Focusing. I am also a trauma sensitive mindfulness teacher. I also offer coaching and cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy.
I offer group workshops and meditation retreats on the Island of Anglesey in Wales, UK.
