Biography

Focusing has enriched every aspect of my life and helped me find and express what is the most alive and essential within myself. For me, the Focusing process is the ultimate method of transformation and a way of living an authentic life that is easy to incorporate into everyday life. Gendlin's philosophy and application of Focusing have been central to my psychotherapy practice. As a result, I am passionate and excited to work with everyone open to growing, exploring and healing. I have substantial experience teaching Focusing and Focusing-Oriented Therapy to health professionals and students of counselling and psychotherapy in graduate and postgraduate courses. Besides that, I offer a regular Focusing Course open to everyone and the FOT Certification Course for all interested in in-depth study and becoming certified Focusing Professionals. I facilitate ongoing monthly Focusing practice and supervision groups in-person and online.
