Biography

Studied and practicing body-mind-spirit work for more than 20 years, Focusing is my main way for self and proffesional development. I experince - and therefor investigate and develope - an enhancing combination of focusing with movement and dance. I give workshops using this combination for working on various matters, and teach basic and advanced focusing courses giving space and time to this way of work. I feel focusing is imprtant, even essential, to sensitive and creative people, giving a way to be in a caring touch with our inner contents and expressing ourselves in life. That''s the reason I love teaching it and using it in my 1 on 1 clinic. Focusing combined with movement and dance connect us to deep sources and significant information and welcome a creation of new movements in life.
