Hello, my name is Shira and I am a life and couples coach. I specializes in relationships among families, couples, and between parents and children. My unique style uses focusing theory and practice to improve these relationships.

My proffesional life can be presented as a journey from the head to the heart. In my first profession I wrote a PhD in economics at the LSE, researching and teaching in the field. Since 2008 I have switched focus from numbers and statistics to emotions and relationships.

Focusing has affected My life significantly, and I aspire to introduce many more people to the practice and theory of the discipline. I have been teaching focusing since 2020.
