Focusing has been the biggest game-changer of my life and I love to empower others with this transformative practice. I teach focusing privately via phone, Zoom. Skype, FaceTime, or in person at my home in Western Massachusetts. As a kinaesthete I have also trained in complementary embodiment modalities such as Continuum, Continuum Montage, InterPlay, Kripalu YogaDance, and Body-Up Co-Regulation. When appropriate we can organically incorporate movement processes into your focusing sessions.
