Biography

I am a BFA Recognised Focusing Teacher and Mentor; Focusing Institute Trainer, Focusing-oriented Therapist, and Certifying Coordinator. I love working with people, and seeing the changes that Focusing brings. I offer individual Focusing sessions, in person and Online. I am passionate about sharing the gifts of Focusing, and I teach the 60 hour Focusing Skills course in Devon and online, and professional trainings to Practitioner, Trainer and Coordinator level. I am blessed with the opportunity to share the gift of Focusing in India each year by invitation of the Just Being Centre, teaching Focusing on their Presence oriented Therapy training courses. I am committed to supporting the development of Focusing communities, and I host a monthly Focusing practice group at my home in Devon. I am an active member of British Focusing Association (BFA), and also the European Focusing Association (EFA), and I initiated a special interest group for Focusing teachers in Europe for mutual support and inspiration. I have produced a downloadable CD called Focusing for Everyday Life, with guided Focusing exercises to use at home.
