I learned Focusing in graduate school in 1973. It has become very important in my personal life and an integral part of how I work in therapy. Lasting change can only happen with a bodily expereince of difference. Focusing helps you find that bodily Felt Knowing you allready have inside. This way it guides you toward a deeper connection with your Self. I practice Focusing Oriented Therapy. I also teach Focusing to therapists, and non therapists who want a richer happier life.
