The Sydney Focusing Changes Group meets monthly on the first Saturday of each month, and alternates between in-person meetings and Zoom meetings.
The September meeting will be on Zoom, from 9:00am to 11:00am (Sydney, Australia time)
Whether online or in person, we follow a typical Changes Group format - forming the circle with an attunement and an invitation for anyone to say whatever they would like to say; Focusing in pairs or triads; and coming back to the circle for a time of closin
