Initially, I became interested in Focusing as a way of enhancing my way of working as a Humanistic Person-centred Psychotherapist. During my training as a Certified Focusing-Oriented Therapist I was transformed by learning Focusing which has become the touchstone I now have to live my personal and working life.
If you would like to have the opportunity to create a more intimate relationship with who you are as a person, creating a space for how you are making meaning in your life Focusing can be very helpful and supportive enabling you to move forward in life.
