Since 2000 I am working in the field of counseling, therapy and training, and educated as Focusing Trainer at the Focus Centre in The Hague. Therefor, in my twenties, I was living and working in Africa and later in the Netherlands as a marketeer. In my forties I changed my life and became a counselor and trainer facilitating the empowerment of other human beings. Focusing,Somatic Experiencing, Systemic Constellation Work, NLP and C.Jung's individuation are the core of my work as coach/counselor and trainer, in The Netherlands and abroad, since 2015 also in Kenya.You are welcome for individual counseling and focusing sessions, group workshops and trainings, also for professionals, at the I-Focus-School in Amsterdam.
