Focusing has enhanced the quality of my life — both personally and professionally. Since becoming certified in 2000, I have maintained a relationship with two Focusing partners, integrated Focusing into my psychotherapy practice and offered trainings to groups and individuals. Time and again, I have been touched by the ways Focusing helps people develop a nonjudgmental relationship with themselves, heal their psychic wounds and access inner wisdom. While I am now retired and no longer provide psychotherapy, I am continuing my Focusing partnerships and offering Focusing support by phone or in person to individuals and small groups.
