Focusing has given me many rich gifts and the wish to share these gifts motivates my work. It helps me gain distance in challenging relationships, transforming them into healthy ones. It brings me more compassion for myself, my own journey and for the most challenging parts of myself. Focusing has helped me where many other therapeutic methods have not, and this why I wish to share this work. I work with individual clients, helping them to find more self-compassion and self-acceptance, and to connect with their own wholeness, supporting them to tackle their situations with more ease and balance. I also provide both introductory and longer focusing trainings. I offer trainings at corporate level, crossing with other methods. Some Examples: managing emotions, tackling burnout, art therapy, self-compassion. I work with Inner Relationship Focusing and Relational Wholebody Focusing.
