Biography
I am interested in using focusing in my work as a trauma counsellor. As an integrative therapist I work somatically with clients to help them safely connect with the parts that want to be heard and felt. Training as a Focusing Professional has brought a freshness and an high level of body attuneness/ awareness to both my personal and professional life. It has released my creativity. It has carried me safely through two recent bereavements. I care to teach focusing as a way of living and connecting to oneself and others because of the many benefits and gifts it has opened up in me.
