Biography

I trained as a professional Alexander Technique Teacher (32 years ago), and I trained in Gestalt Psychotherapy. I am also a certified Focusing Trainer and a Co-ordinator in training (CIT). My main area of interest is how Quantum Focusing can create connection between and healing of the different parts that exist within the container of the whole body. I have already conducted a pilot study using SPEC brain scans to investigate if Quantum Focusing (QF) can change your long-term brain function. http://www.quantumfocusing.org I am soon going to complete the third and final scan of this long-term study of the effects of QF on brain function .

I have run a week-long residential WBF course at the Findhorn Community for the last 5 years. I also run regular Zoom courses and personal Zoom sessions in QF.
