I discovered Focusing since 1985 and adopted it for my own life since that time. I started to teach it 2 years later until today. I developed a training program in french and in english to certify new trainers. We offered various Focusing workshops in our bilingual Focusing center in Montreal. I have been also invited to give workshops in the Belgian and Luxembourgish Focusing center and in France.(Also in Equator, Japan and Mexico) and at the FOT Conferences and at many International Focusing Conferences. I love to share and teach the richness and depth of this beautiful way of living and being in the world that Focusing is. Through the years, I developed a special way to explore what Gendlin calls the Background Feeling in Focusing.
