An online, interactive workshop facilitated by Serge Prengel.
Registration closes Tuesday, June 15 at 12:00pm Eastern time.
Until fairly recently, the idea of re-entry felt like something too distant to warrant preparing for it. Now, at least in some areas of the world, it is on the horizon. How will we deal with it? How will we incorporate the lessons we have learned about who we are and what we want into this new era?
This is an experiential workshop. We will explore how we can keep a mindful focus on what matters while increased social interaction reduces me-time. In particular, how we will nurture a mindful inner connection, and how we will deepen the quality of our connection with others.
This workshop is especially timely for people who live in an area where re-entry is starting at some point this year. For those in countries where re-entry is still a distant hope, this class might help you prepare for when that moment finally comes.
Attending live is encouraged as there will be the some exercises in breakout rooms. All registrants will receive a link to the recording approximately two weeks afterwards (breakout rooms are not recorded).
We use Zoom videoconferencing for our online classes. The class will be held in meeting format so that all participants can see the presenter and each other. You will need to have a computer/mobile device. Calling in by phone is also possible but not preferred as participation in breakout rooms will be limited.
